Frutus Charitable Foundation Limited is a charitable organization recognized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2020 (HK IRD Tax Exemption File Number 91/16672). According to the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Regulations, as long as you donate HK$100 or more throughout the year, you can apply for tax deduction in Hong Kong during the tax filing period with the receipt of the approved charitable donation.
